NOTE: I just want to give my kudos to the editing staff for Toonami. I was afraid of how they would handle the deaths of the Owniwabashu and they did an excellent job. You would never be able to tell where they cut and where they didn't, it was just so fluid what they did. I grouped these edits as one since it's really in one scene. I found the removal of the excess blood and scenes where you see them getting hit by the bullets to increase the dramatic effect of the moment, it moved the focus more to Aoshi almost and his reactions. I never actually cared for this arc in the series...but for the first time since the first time I watched this episode I actually cried watching them fall and felt what Aoshi much have felt like. Nice job editing staff. ^_^

Note: Very nicely done edits here. The dramatic effect was certainly increased with the edits in the the Oniwabanshu deaths.

Number we predicted: 14
Real Number: 9
NOTE: I don't really have much to say, they did edit out more then I thought they would. But, nothing that was really surprising to me.
-Rurouni Soujirou
NOTE: Rule #1 for CN edits: There is no rhyme or reason to them. Rule #2 for CN edits: See rule number one. I wonder if CN has different editors for each episode or something because I think the same editor edited the Jineh episode too. Even though I didn't agree with all of them, they weren't too bad.

NOTE: Heh...someone pinch my butt here and wake me up, I must be dreaming that they left in the butt thing and the pinching the butt as well...half my edits where devoted to that, thinking they would get rid of something with that. Oh well...no big deal at all...I really like this episode, Toramaru was great. ^_^
-Rurouni Soujirou
NOTE: No, I will not pinch your butt. Sorry. I guess there was nothing to worry about here but then I wasn't worried for a micro-second. And so...on to tomorrow and the last edits of the week.

NOTE: Nothing terrible, less edits then I would've expected from this episode. But, I'd really like to know why they didn't show 'To Save a Small Life.' It was the one that was suppose to be on today...this 'arc' was going to start Monday. I wonder, that I do.
-Rurouni Soujirou
NOTE: I wonder about it too since 'To Save a Small Life' was on the schedule at least as of Wednesday. Very curious indeed. Not as many edits for the episode as could have been. Still tis a mystery to me.
