Episode 60: The Man who is Chosen for Victory: Cartoon Network Saturday October 4, 2003
(Because of the sheer amounts of blood edits in this episode I'm going to group them all together under the different times they happen to make it easier. There was times however when characters got their blood, usually Saito and Kenshin sometimes, though Sano got his blood once as well.)
Rehash: Blood Edit: The blood from Kenshin's shoulder was there and then vanished.

Shishio vs. Kenshin Continues: Blood Edits: There was a total of six blood edits mostly made on Kenshin's shoulder. His head retaining it's blood and even having the nefarious brown blood as well.
Shishio vs. Kenshin Continues: Blood Edits: This is after the Aoiya scenes. There was a total six blood edits from Kenshin and Shishio.
Shishio Falls: Scene-Blood Edit: They removed a scene where Shishio spurts of blood and its drips on the ground.

Shishio Falls-His screaming and scratching sequence: Scene Edit: They did something weird in this part that I'm not sure that I caught totally. I think they cut some excessive Shishio screaming, but I'm not sure.
Shishio Falls: Blood Edits: They removed blood three times from Kenshin and Shishio.
Yumi's Sacrific: Scene Edit: They removed Yumi being run through by Shishio.
Yumi's Sacrific: Scene Edit: Kenshin being hit by the katana through Yumi.
Yumi's Sacrific: Scene Edit: Freeze frame of Yumi with the katana through her and Kenshin.

Shishio's New Challenge: Blood Edits: A total of twenty-four blood edits on Kenshin and Shishio including the return of the brown blood.
Shishio Combusts: Scene Edit: They did a series of edits here dealing with Shishio bursting into flames, removing it though we still get that he combusted. This edit took with it lots of blood, a shot of Yumi, Shishio laughing as well as several lines. They also cut the shot of Houji looking at the place where they were and there being only imprints of the bodies.
Aftermath: Blood Edits: A total of six blood edits on Kenshin and Sano.
Aftermath: Scene Edit: They cut Houji running into Kenshin for some reason and removed the blood that drips.
Aftermath: Blood Edits: In the end they removed blood thirteen times...from Kenshin, Sano and Saito.

NOTE: They did an excellent job with Yumi being killed by Shishio...it happened just the way I thought they would do it, but everything was so smooth unlike a previous edit in this episode. Yumi's speech though stayed intacted as well as Kenshin's speech later and no matter how much blood they remove to me if the lines remain I'm happy.

NOTE: What I don't get is why they removed the part where Houji runs into Kenshin. There seemed to be no reason for it and I didn't find the scene to be particularly violent myself.
